realise therse are prob high in syns but does anybody no how many ? have looked in book and online but cant find the syn value thanks

Hi,
I work in Subway. Each cookie is about 200-250 calories. And keeping in mind the general rule is 20calories = 1syn.

the white macadamia ones are awesome, before i started SW id have a footlong italian BMT sandwich and 3 cookies 3 times a week for lunch as theres a subway almost within sight of the office, i expect that would add up to a lot of syns, to be honest im not missing it.
