If u go on the subway website it does give the nutritional information on each of their subs, most of the are based on 6in on wheat but it does tell you this, I just put all the details into the calculator and got the points value for them

Assuming LF means low fat, no honey, the pp value is for the whole thing.

Yep that's right. Sauce is extra tho and if you were having olives in the salad I would imagine they need to be pointed
