    I can't find the chicken pizziola on wheat bread one in any of the books or online can anyone help as it's my fave :(

    If u go on the subway website it does give the nutritional information on each of their subs, most of the are based on 6in on wheat but it does tell you this, I just put all the details into the calculator and got the points value for them :)

    Assuming LF means low fat, no honey, the pp value is for the whole thing. :D

    I'm a newbie to this so can i check... Ive worked out the points for a 6" steak and cheese on wheat to be 9 propoints is this correct? And are all the salad veges included in these points? :confused:

    Yep that's right. Sauce is extra tho and if you were having olives in the salad I would imagine they need to be pointed

    Was gutted ordered a veggie delight thinking it was the one with the veggie patty and it turns out it wasn't!!! Was 5 points for bread and salad :(

    Although surprisingly it was lovely!!! X
