Success again? Josie's red day food diary

I feel like a total loser. I lost 3.5lbs and stuck to plan today but this evening have gone and had malibu and cokes, some sparkling wine and a whole 500ml tub of chocolate icecream.

I know a lot was because I let myself get hungry today as I was so busy, I only had an alpen light and banana so by tea time I had all sorts of cravings. Lesson learnt and tomorrow I will be right back on plan.

I really want to be in the 10 stones by next Friday's wi so have to ensure that I follow plan for the next 6 days :eek:

I am currently making homemade butternut squash soup for a nice speedy tea :) with remaining hexB for a slice of wholemeal bread.

Thank you :) I messed up last Friday night and am really worried it will mess up my wi on Friday!!

I do find that I lose better on red and I do generally enjoy the food more.

Looks like you are doing well with your weight loss, hopefully I can start having stats showing that much loss soon xx

Need to fix the stats put on afte Xmas lol never on my computer though so haven't got around to it!

Hopefully one day won't make too much difference for you! I like red days feel more in control haven't been able to do them the last few days looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow :) x
 
Good luck with getting back to it, I am sure the weight will fall back off especially if you are doing red days. I wi tomorrow, think I am going to be a sts as I weighed this morning and am still 11 stone.

Thank you, I think your luck worked because I lost 1lb. It was actually 1.25 pounds I lost but I am not going to count the quarter of a pound!!

Hello anyone reading my diary :wavey:

I hope you are having success so far this year. I have lost 4.5lb in two weeks on sw so far and don't really feel like I am on a diet. Friday nights seems to be when I slip up but hopefully counting down on the syns weekly from 105 which help me control any overeating so I keep within my syns ;)
