Sugar free jellies

The first time I did the diet and when I tried Atkins I used to make 'sweets' out of gelatine sachets and sugar free jelly, it never affected my weight loss and it used to fill the habitual snacky void I have in the evenings. I wouldn't think it is recommended but as with anything it is each to their own with regards to what you do/don't do.

Thanks for the reply flabbuster. I've got 3 boys all under the age of 5 and as a result have loads of temptation around me. I would just like to have something occasionally that takes the edge of the sugar cravings. Thanks again

I know the feeling having 3 children, aged 4, 5 and 7! Temptation everywhere, however I have found that after a few days I wasn't actually hungry so the 'nice things' didn't appeal to me quite as much and I stocked up on fruit so all my little ones snack on is fruit :)

I wondered about the jelly as heartleys do sugar free pot jellies which have 3-8 calories per pot. I used to love the orange and rasberry ones
