Theres mixed reports about this stuff. Im on day 4 of induction and have had it today and yesterday with a little whipped cream. Is it really ok to have as much as you like (within reason)? The more I have the more I want so I dont think this is a good sign.

Yep I had the same problem, i wanted more. I think it was the sweeteners that must have done it.:(

I stalled as I was eating too much cream with it too.

    Now I just avoid it,

Sf jelly is great if you "need" something sweet and especially if it stops you falling of the wagon altogether:). But suggest you dont assume you can have it everyday - i use to split a little tub with DH a couple of times a week - felt like a treat instead of normal;)
