Sugar, You're Going Down

I had Scrambled Eggs, Grilled Bacon, 1 Grilled large Flat Mushroom, 1 large grilled Tomato, and Baked Beans instead of the Baked Potato and Beans.
 
I weighed myself and I've put on 4 lbs. :(

Edited to add: Not really that surprised, hopefully I can lose it by next friday.
 
Today (13/04/2012) I have/will have...

Breakfast: Bran Flakes with Banana and Milk.

Lunch: BLT Sandwich (4 syns).

Dinner: Spagetti Bolognese (SW recipe) made with Quorn mince.

Snacks: 1 Alpen Light Bar (3 syns).

Drinks: Tea with milk (5 syns)
 
Todays (14/04/2012) food was...

Breakfast: Bran Flakes with Banana and Milk.

Lunch: BLT Sandwich (4 syns).

Dinner: Chili and Rice.

Snacks: Graze Box (syns???)(ate the entire thing) 2 Mullerlight Fat Free Yogurts.

Drinks: Tea with Milk (5 syns).

Total Syns = 9 (not counting the graze box, won't be getting any more)
 
Todays (15/04/2012) food...

Breakfast: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HExB)

Lunch: Baked Potato, Baked Beans, Cheese (HExA), Lettuce, Tomatoes.

Dinner: Roast Chicken, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mashed Potato, Gravy (2.5 syns).

Snacks: Mullerlight Banana and Custard Fat Free Yoghurt. A banana.

Drinks: Tea with Milk.

Lunch: Poached Eggs, Baked Beans, Grilled Bacon, Grilled Large Flat Mushroom, Grilled Large Tomato.

Dinner: Cheese (HExA) on toast (HExB).

Snacks: Grapes, Mullerlight Fat Free Yoghurt, 3 Alpen Light Bar (9 syns) Banana, Satsuma.

Drinks: Tea with Milk.

Total Syns = 15.5

Lunch: BLT with Mayo (6.5 syns).

Dinner: Spagetti Bolognese.

Snacks: Mullerlight Fat Free Yoghurt, Alpen Light Bar (3 syns), jamncream biscuit (4 syns).

Tea with Milk (5 syns).

Total syns = 18.5.

Lunch: Baked Potato, Baked Beans, Salad (Tomatoes, Salad Leaves, Cucumber)

Tea: Spagetti Bolognese.

Snacks: Mullerlight Fat Free Yoghurt, 2 Alpen Light Bars (HExB).

Drinks: Tea with Milk (HExA).

Total Syns = 3 (to make up for yesterday)
 
So I've weighed myself today and I've put on a pound but I've just started * so maybe that's why. *crosses fingers* for next week.

Lunch: Baked Potato, Reduced Fat Cheese (HExA) Baked Beans, Salad (Salad Leaves, Tomatoes, Cucumber).

Dinner: Chilli & Rice.

Snacks: 3 Alpen Light Bars (HExB & 3 syns) Mullerlight Fat Free Yoghurt, 2 Chunky Kitkat Bars (12 syns).

Total Syns: 15.

So I fell off the wagon again and went back to my eating disorder. :rolleyes: But I'm back now, gonna start tomorrow.

I figured instead of starting a new thread I'd continue this one. So I'm back on the bandwagon and ready to get started. Anyway I've so far lost over two stone through starving myself. I''ll start this tomorrow.
