sugarfree mints

hiya, i think i am addicted to sugarfree mints and i know they are 4 syns per packet, i gave up smoking a few months ago but can t do without my mints, can you get addicted to mints.

I can't eat them, I get really bad runs if I eat sugar free mints

Yeah i give up smoking a year and half ago. Still need to always have something.

I believe that sugar free mints contain a laxative so no wonder yo get the runs, but i think you have to eat quite a lot
