Extra Easy Suitable lunch?

Caught on the hope today with mum whilst out, ended up having lunch out. We went o Japanese and I had

Chicken Ramen, chicken breast in a clear broth, with vegetables and noodles

and 2 pieces of Tekka Nigiri (Tuna sushi)

Should I syn anything in it or would it all be considered suitable for extra easy?

Gosh I'm not sure. Sounds like you made some wise choices. Have you tried searching for Wagamama on the Syns Online on the SW website and seeing if anything is comparable? Just an idea xx
