Plym, 7lbs is awesome! Is it your first week doing VLCD or first week on the Summer challenge? Were you doing TS?

I'm on my third day doing Exante, my second doing VLCD and weigh in tomorrow. I'm nervous I won't get a decent number though, because a few nights last week I had a meal in the evening.. The last shakes I was on weren't proper VLCD so I didn't go into ketosis and spent 11 days constantly hungry!! It was torture :-/. So far on Exante I'm feeling so much better and I'm only a few days in.. And the taste of the ones I've had so far are really nice (except the tomato and basil!)

Well done mooers that's a fab loss I'm on it today ts all the way ive saved images on my phone that I can just look at of really nice clothes that will just go up to a size 16 so if I feel the need to eat Gunna look at them and imagine me wearing them all by end of year to this time next year xxx

It's a shame there isn't a clothes swap thread or something, as we're all travelling through clothes sizes pretty quickly, so there isn't much point buying clothes you'll only wear for a few weeks! Dropping dress sizes is a nice problem to have mind you

Disappointed in mine, just 2lbs off... poooh!! Oh well, onwards and downwards this week, looking forward to my first full week at Exante TS and seeing the results next weigh in. Must try to get out and exercise as well!
