Induction Sunday Roast - is this okay?

Hi All

I am doing roast pork with crackling :drool: with leeks, cabbage, brussels, green beans (potatoes for the OH :sigh and obviously he is having gravy!!

Seeing as I have nothing to make low carb gravy was thinking garlic butter cream sauce? Is this okay for induction do you think?

all sound great hun make sure you check you carbs on the veg..... and as long as your making the garlic cream sauce with all the induction friendly food your fine hun x

All looks good to me xx roast celeriac is a great replacement for potato btw, and mashed celeriac or mashed cauli are good too.
