sunday weigh ins anyone?

Aw lovely. I work at morrisons. The shifts do make it harder to plan especially as my other half works for morrisons too so our shifts usually clash. I usually eat better without him though. Smaller portions :)

Sts this week which im ok with because ive eaten out 3 times! Going for a loss this week x

sts is better than a gain! i stayed same this week as well n not sure i can get to weigh myself tomoro :(

It just seems so repetetive cereal and sarny for lunch which isnt the lowest leaving not a great deal for dinner... hmmm maybe more water and fruit

my food is totally diff as i dont do bfast so that saves me a few points! i tend to have salads in the summer for lunch n soup in the winter! which leaves me a decent amout for dinner which suits me as i like a decent dinner :) but i do tend to snack on fruit or low pp snacks like quavers or ww yoghurts! and i bulk my dinners out with salad/veg dependin what im havin!
perhaps u shud try diff lunches etc?
