Sundays are my piggy days :(

    I'm really struggling with Sunday's for some reason and the worst part is I get weighed in a monday night!! Today iv had a lovely big Sunday dinner and I still have loads of weeklies yet but I really want to pick! Last night me and the girls had a night in and I picked up a pizza and made the HUGE mistake of pointing it when I got home instead if in the shop!! 47 points for the pizza I nearly dropped through the floor! I only ate half of it and to be honest it sooooo wasn't worth it so there is a lesson learnt!!!

    I too weigh in on a Monday night, I save my weeklies for the weekend though and have a drink, chocolate or takeaway etc through the weekend. I am well within my point allowance this week but feel guilty because I have had what I've had even though I know I am fully in control and calculated very carefully I think it's a case of putting our faith in the plan. This is also a big week for me as I hopefully will drop into the next 'stone' bracket so that makes me worry and have more guilt if it doesn't happen!

    So chin up don't be hard on yourself you are perfectly normal!

    Awww thank you so much, I too am still in my points and If I loose 4.5 lb this week I go down to the next stone and I just hope that after I early killed my self in boxercise (an hour got me 18 activity points) that I havnt let myself down today, I may have a little cry if the scales arnt nice to me lol :) xx

    Well I lost a pound slightly disappointed but hey I'm in the 12's now and I got my 5% so all is not lost! I will not go back up ever again!

    Hope u did well and you aren't beating yourself up like me over nothing!!

    Pizza is a killer on pp's. I've not had any for 6 weeks! I just watch my other half eat his! Weird huh?

    I love pizza.... the WW ones aren't actually too bad, the full pepperoni one, or the veg supreme one, they're both 13pp for the full thing, you can always add more cheese, or toppings if you feel its lacking. They do my pizza cravings anyways!

    Pre weigh in snacks, I like a good ol carrot stick and salsa combo.... zero points if you make it yourself, the salsa, and its perfect "picky" food :D
