    Slooooow start today, actually had a driving lesson this am.

    B: Porridge HEB, berries, skim milk HEA, maple syrup 1 syn
    MM: mullerlight
    L: scrambled eggs with LC lite, 1 slice bread HEB, cottage cheese, ham
    D: Roasted chicken, roast veggies, bns chips, gravy 2 syns
    S: fruit salad, yoghurt

    E: 1 hour walking
    W: 2 litres
