Wednesday 6th May - Day 19

Breakfast - Slice of melon, slice of cantelope, and skinny cappucino Mullerlight

Lunch - Ham Salad Sandwich
2 x slices of small wholemeal bread, 3 x Light Laughing Cow blue cheese triangles, lean sliced ham, babyleaf salad, rocket, cucumber

Dinner - Turkey Mince Lasagne
Turkey mince, onion, mushroom, peppers, courgette, tinned tomatoes, passata, garlic, lasagne pasta sheets, fat free natural yoghurt and egg for the white sauce, reduced fat cheddar cheese (hexa) on top

Snacks - Banoffee Mullerlight (free)

Healthy Extras - A - 40g reduced fat cheddar cheese - B - 2 x slices of small wholemeal bread

Syns - 4.5 - 3 x Light blue cheese triangles (1.5 syns each)
 
I tried a recipe similar to that before (lemon muffins) but agree that they were a little too 'eggy' rather than 'cakey'. x
 
Thursday 7th May - Day 20

Breakfast - Coffee, orange, and Alpen Light bar (part hexb)

Lunch - Butternut Squash Soup
Butternut squash, potato, onion

Dinner - Omelette and Salad
Bacon, mushroom, 4 x Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese Triangles (hexa)

Snacks - Alpen Light bar and tea

Healthy Extras - A - 4 x light cheese triangles - B - 2 x Alpen Light bars

Syns - 4 - milk in tea and coffee
 
Friday 8th May - Day 21

Breakfast - Coffee and Alpen Light bar (part hexb)

Lunch - Subway Salad
Chicken, lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, tomato, southwest sauce and light mayonaise (6.5 syns)

Dinner - Italian Chicken Soup with blue cheese
Chicken, tomatoes, passata, garlic, onion

Snacks - Apple, pear, and toffee Mullerlight

Healthy Extras - A - 4 x light cheese triangles - B - Alpen Light bar

Syns - 6 - sauce in salad
 
Saturday 9th May - Day 22 - Scan Bran Challenge Day 1

Breakfast - Starbucks skinny caramel macchiato with sugar free syrup (hexa)

Lunch - 3 x scan bran with mixed berries defrosted on top with skinny cappucino Mullerlight

Dinner - Pea & Ham soup with 2 scan bran
Peas, cooked ham, onion, potato, vegetable stock

Snacks - Hotel Chocolat Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate with semi skimmed milk

Healthy Extras - A - 350ml skimmed milk - B - 5 x scan bran

Syns - 12.5 - 6.5 25g milk chocolate - 6 - 300ml semi skimmed milk

Sunday 10th May - Day 23 - Scan Bran Challenge Day 2

Breakfast - 2 x scan bran topped with Laughing Cow light cheese and palma ham with 2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch - 3 x scan bran soaked in fat free greek yoghurt with mixed berries and honey

Dinner - Spaghetti with peas, asparagus, and green beans with garlic and herb Philidelphia light (hexa)

Healthy Extras - A - 70g Philidelphia light - B - 5 x scan bran

Syns - 4 - 3 - light cheese triangles - 1 - honey
 
Monday 11th May - Day 24 - Scan Bran Challenge Day 3

Breakfast - Half a scan bran toffee cake, an orange, and a coffee

Lunch - Half a scan bran toffee cake, and pea and ham soup

Dinner - Yellow pepper, cheese, and ham omelette with baby carrots, baby corn, green beans, and runner beans

Healthy Extras - A - 250ml semi skimmed milk - B - 5 x scan bran

Syns - 7 - 3 - light cheese triangles - 4 - level spoon of Nutella
 
Tuesday 12th May - Day 25 - Scan Bran Challenge Day 4

Breakfast - 5 x scan bran ferrero roche with strawberries and skinny cappuccino yogurt

Lunch - pea and ham soup

Dinner - Salmon fillet with scrambled egg and wilted spinach

Healthy Extras - A - 250ml semi skimmed milk - B - 5 x scan bran

Syns - 12 - 3 level spoons of Nutella

I class a glass as 250ml so 5 glasses would be 1.25 L.

You can have 5 scan bran for your Healthy B.

Don't worry about asking questions hun. I only joined 3 weeks ago and had a load of q''s!

thank you. I was enjoying my food until I moved houses, now I don't have the time to make anything with all the unpacking and sorting the house out so it's all going wrong. :(
