Lunch - Prawn salad with lighter than light mayonnaise

Dinner - Chilli con carne with brown basmati rice (again)

Snacks - 2 x scan bran with Laughing Cow cheese, Coconut Mullerlight, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

Healthy Extras - A - 125ml semi skimmed milk and 2 cheese triangles - B - 2 scan bran

Syns - 9 - 2 - Mayonnaise - 7 hot chocolate with extra syns for milk
