    Morning all! Sunny day out, just off in a mo to my friends house to do some aerobics, go me! Should be a laugh if nothing else! :D Red day today

    B: Tea with skim, fruit salad, vanilla mullerlight
    MM: HB egg
    L: Ham and cheese toasty HE B, HE A, salad
    D: Roast chicken, roast bns, fennel, courgettes with thyme and 1 tsp olive oil HE B, leeks or roast carrots

    S: SW rice pudding with splenda, skim milk HE A and vanilla pod
    Syns: none so far, but may use 6 on a hifi bar
    E: 40 mins aerobics
    W: 2 Litres

    Hope it's ok but thought I would join in with you instead of starting a new thread lol

    Sunday - Red

    Breakfast - Banana and quarter of a quorn sausage (Don't ask lol)

    Lunch - 2 x pumpkin seed Ryvitas (HE B) with boiled egg and ham on. An apple

    Tea - slow cookered chicken, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, leek and a bit of mash (HE B) Grated cheese (2 x HE A)

    Syns - need to look up how many sins in sage and onion stuffing, if it's too high then I won't bother lol

    Water - I normally get through 5 litres as I've always loved drinking it :)

    Exercise - none apart from housework:eek:

    Stuffing is not to bad, dont know if i could just have 28g though lol!

    Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix, made up as directed, dried 28g made up

    :Doohh Thank you :) 2 sins isn't bad as i've not had any sins today anyway :D

    Just need to alter what I had for lunch as well:rolleyes::D

    ok can't edit lol.

    So for lunch I actually had 2 boiled eggs, 1 quorn sausage, cottage cheese, cucumber, carrot and celery:D
