gona cook a mean stir fry this afternoon with my veg, but was wonderin which is more healthier and has fewer calories???? HELP i dont wana put on weight!!!

Olive oil as is has the good fats(Fatty acids, which have been dubbed thinny acids)...much better than ANY other oil!!!!!
