Hello all let me introduce myself to you i am 23 years old i have been doing slimming world from home which so far has been really good and i have enjoyed it but i know i can not sustain it forever. Everyday has to be planned and it just gets a little boring!!! Before slimming world i cc everyday but for months i was having less than 600 a day lost a lot of weight but yet again not sustainable!
The reason this diet really does appeal to me is that i wont have to avoid friends and families invitations for tea worried about how it will fit my plan i cam just make sure that i have a dd before and after or whatever. I worked out on the website i can have 320 cals on a down day, planning just three days a weeks a simple low cal meal is easy in my eyes after going months doing vl cc. I can't eat diet food for the rest of my life or alternatives yuk!!!
I hope that i can get advice from all of you along the way. You all seem so positive it's lovely!!

So tomorrow or today now is my first DD i'm gonna have 350 cals and use weighing and mfp for accuracy.
