It's definately better than plain water! I find it quite strong and use 1 teaspoon in 2 ltrs of water but you will no doubt experiment and find what your taste is
I have the Berry one now and prefer that but orange squash has never been a favourite of mine.
I have found the summer berries in warm water to be lovely, however I am a bit concerned about some of the posts saying it can knock you out of ketosis, is this true?
