It's definately better than plain water! I find it quite strong and use 1 teaspoon in 2 ltrs of water but you will no doubt experiment and find what your taste is :)

I have the Berry one now and prefer that but orange squash has never been a favourite of mine.

I have found the summer berries in warm water to be lovely, however I am a bit concerned about some of the posts saying it can knock you out of ketosis, is this true?

That's why they recommend only a teaspoon of the drink flavouring is allowed a day i think, to ensure it doesn't kick us out of ketosis x

I use about 1/3 of a teaspoon per litre - its really very strong. I use a wee medicine spoon to tip some into my water.

Its lovely in fizzy water - if you ignore that its clear its like Fanta!

I'll be getting some next week, at the moment I could kill for something other than plain water.
