hello i thought that Batchelors super noodles were free on green days just looked them up and found they are 3.5 is this right ? if so i have been eating loads without syning them - please help

Its the low fat ones that are free, I got caught out too

yeh sorry only the low fat ones!!! try and work out how many you've had and how many syns you've already had for the week! If added together they're still less than the amount you're allowed in a week then you'll be fine!
