Supermarket Own Brands for HexB - likes and dislikes?

How about a thread discussing supermarket own brand versus known names, and recommendations (positive and negative).

To Start:

Sainsbury's High Fibre Bran - an All Bran rip-off. Not quite as tasty as All Bran, but at ~1/2 the price I'd say good value! I paid £1.20 for 500g.

I know that this product is not strictly listed as a HexB at SW on-line, but looking at the nutrition it is very close to All Bran. And on-line SW list "any brand" for other cereals such as bran flakes so I assume this is OK!

I like the aldi cereal bars the ones that can be used as a healthy extra.

I do like the ones you get at group too and buy occasionally but the aldi ones are cheaper and bigger!

Asda all bran and their value bran flakes. I cant tell *any* difference between them.

I couldn't stand those Aldi bars! Far too many sweeteners in them...then again I really hate the taste of most commercial sweeteners so diet yogurt/drinks etc are usually a big no no!

Sainsburys 6 pack wholemeal rolls are delicious and usually around the 60g mark so great for a grab and go HEXB
