I have been consistently weighing 19st2 on a morning since starting 4 days ago...

    This morning - 18st 10???

Impossible, that would mean I have lost 6lbs in 24 hours.??

I have drank the same all the way through, infact i think I drank a couple of pints more yesterday.

Is this week one? Sorry I lose track of everyone :D If so yes, it is entirely possible. I lost 23lb in the first 9 days of this diet (tho I was a bit heavier than you to start). All I can say is...YAY YOU!!!!

I think weight loss on a VLCD is sometimes quite dramatic, it is quite possible that you have lost 6lbs overnight and if you have well done you!!!
