I've tried xenical before, i was using it here and there as a bit of a trial, i do remember getting side effects though!

I was wondering, despite eating well, are there any particular foods that have triggered these side effects when you wouldn't expect them too?

It easy to keep track when you can count fat, but there's not always that option so a few 'heads up' suggestions might help!
