Extra Easy Surprise weight gain

Hi All,
I have done SW in the past and lost a couple of stone but then gave up.
I have just weighed in for the third time. After 2 decent losses totalling 6lb, I have put 4lb on. I have done the maths and there is no way I have eaten 14, 000 calories extra this week. It just makes no sense.
I have followed plan, eaten at least 1/3 speed, measure my HE and bar one meal out, I have been between 5 and 15 syns everyday.
I am currently off work with super high blood pressure so I am not moving very much, but I still think the gain is huge. I am under medical investigation at the minute as the cause is not known

I have lost about 6st in the last couple of years after coming off some medication and without really trying; but the weight loss stagnated so I started SW.
I am doing it from home, the meetings are definitely not for me.
I still have plenty of weight to lose as I an now 14st 8.
Just so frustrated and grumpy with myself. Any advice?
 
Stick with it, it's probably just water retention and chances are you'll have a really good loss next week. The meal out may have had an effect too, but that should also disappear fairly quickly. Good luck! Let us know how you get on next week...
