It's a chicken breast- about the same size as a Bird's Eye Chargrill Chicken although a bit thinner. I first saw them mentioned on the Weight Watchers message board so went in search of them and they are ideal in a sandwich/wrap/pitta for loads of flavour without adding loads of points.

Also all asda BBQ range frozen is £1 now as They have BBQ drumsticks, tandoori thighs etc.
Not tried them but they are coming in my online order today so will know the pp when I get them and may have some tonight. X

Hi does anyone know how many propoints are in a fifteen bun? Like a regular one from a bakery? It didn't have packaging and I can't find nutritional values to work it out :(

No idea what a fifteen bun is... But you may find the NV's on myfitnesspal to work out the PP.. Hope that helps :)

On the WW website? Ppl have spotted allot of incorrect point info on there.. Yea they are nice.. Not had one in years tho...
 
Hi, don't know if this has already been posted but.... Tesco Everyday choc wafers are only 2pp each and are only 55p a pack:wow:Think they are a lttle smaller than ww brand but at half the price I'll live with that I think for a little treat.
 
I've pointed a multi pack size Cadburys Caramel today... 5pp! I'm sure it is too good to be true
