Susie's 2022 campaign

Evening all

WI went well, I've lost another 4lbs so got my 1 1/2 stone badge :D Am very happy, and going to try and do a couple of SP days this coming week, to really push things along!

Just going to tuck into chicken korma, and will then catch up on diaries xxx

Fabulous loss lovely Susie! Am so pleased for you :D

I did a week of SP after Christmas & hated every moment. Just made me crave potatoes even though this week I've only had one all week & not missed them a bit?! I think it was psychologically more tricky for me. Plus my loss was only what I usually get! Some people seem to do really well on it though. Will be interested to see what you think :)

Thank you sweetie - I realised I'd accidentally done a couple of SP days anyway, and I'm sure it helped the loss - and one of my club friends lost 7lbs after 3 days on it wow! :D I'm not a mad potato lover, but I could eat bread all day every day, so curbing the bread over the last 6 weeks has really helped me. Instead of pasta, I've got miracle noodles, and for rice it's cauli rice - so I'll have a shot at it.

Great loss Susie! Stone and a half is amazing. :)

I love the sistema soup mug thingy too. Houses are fab- looked at a few but not all. This is my fav so far.

Leggett: House for sale in AULNAY - Charente Maritime - Imposing maison de bourg with south facing garden situated between Aulnay and Matha France REF: 24943ME17 | [12665]

Aww bless you Val, you persevered through that list! :D And yes that's probably my favourite too, although this one came on the market today - it's in a lovely town in Brittany - 2 bedroom house for sale in Plemet, Bretagne, 22210, France, France - although I'd change the kitchen!

hi susie love that one lovelythe house well done on your loss love x x x x

Well done, Susie, that's brilliant! You're doing so well!! :) xx

Thanks Tracy! Feel like I'm getting into a bit of a routine now, which helps :)

Love both houses! The second one has a beautiful garden though....

Thanks for checking them out, ladies :). Stackie I like the second one too - but I'm no gardener and it's a huge space! be nice to have it designed up though - any landscape designers on the forum??? :D

Morning all

Lovely to see the sunshine this morning after days of rain, hopefully it means spring is on the way! Still very buoyed by last night, and my work friends are lovely, the first thing they ask when they come in on a Tuesday is "How was it???" :)

EESP today -

B - syn free sossies and eggs with a small squish of tomato puree, coffee (milk - HEA)
L - green soup with bacon; then turkey salad if I'm still hungry
D - tomato and veg casserole with miracle penne (picking out the sweetcorn lol)
S - A HEB of some sort, toast or two Hifi bars :)

Amazing week Susie! Well done hun :) And Chezz is right, your food sounds delish.

Thanks for all the lovely comments, you shiny happy people :D

Am feeling quite pleased with myself because I had nothing prepared for tomorrow - I thought, I'll go past an Iceland in the morning and get some of the meals, then I thought, "Get off your lardy arse and go and make something!" - so I did :D

Bacon, tomato and mushroom quiche just out of the oven, plus a cheese, mushroom, bacon and herb omelette done, and veg and peppers in chicken stock in the soupmaker as I type. So that's B and L for the next two days yaye.

Will also go by an Iceland though, I've got loads of vouchers and can't wait to try them out!

Morning all! Just got my first weight-related compliment woohoo :D One of the grad interns, who has been away for a week, walked in and said "Wow you've lost weight in your face!" - then went on to say I was beautiful anyway and had lovely eyes (I don't think I am lol) - I'm all giddy with the glow :D:character00100:

Resisted the urge to drive straight to Iceland and buy the new meals this morning :D You can get them online but can only use the discount vouchers instore, so will go after work :)

B - huge omelette with spinach, bacon and cheese (HEB), coffee (milk - 2)
L - pepper and veg soup, turkey salad with mayo (4)
D - pork loin with celeriac mash
S - Hifi bars (HEB), apples - got a thing for apples at the moment!

Have a good day, all

How brilliant! It's lovely when people notice and take the time to make positive comments. Yey for positive re-inforcement! And I bet you are beautiful, you soul is defo beautiful if your online persona is anything to go by. Keep it up, gf!

Awww thanks guys, that's sweet of you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxx I actually can't wait until I lose more weight from my face and neck!!! :)

Just back from Iceland and got a load of meals and sossies, so that's me sorted for the month! :) But oh my, the homemade dinner tonight was lovely - I synned some apple sauce for the pork steaks and, together with the celeriac mash (mashed with a bit of cottage cheese), it was LUSH - highly recommended!

I've been 100% on EESP the last two days, am really liking it - but looking forward to a slice of toast!
