Susie's 2022 campaign

well done love your doing great lovely x x x x x

I think it's worth the experiment, if you have a little gain again then you can Deffo say more syns don't work.

After all.... It means more cheese :-D

Great on the 2lbs Susie! So exiting to be going to Italy and looking at property. :)

I always find it interesting that in the SW magazine where they show a weekly plan of what to eat in the 'Let's Get Started' section, most days range between syn free, 1.5, and 2 or 3 syns so quite low on most days.

Excellent point there my lovely!

Another excellent point, Val! Maybe I need to get into a routine with the syns - one of my club buddies has a packet of Wotsits, a 2 bar Kitkat and something else every night - and she usually loses around 3lbs each week.

I did have a load of syns last night - more than 15 - but the scales are down this morning (sorry, this experiment does involve some mid week WIs of my own) - but it could also be the exercise, as I did Leslie on Monday morning - so who knows! Happily my knees aren't too bad today, the weight loss is obviously helping - and I would be SO happy if more weight loss means they are pain free, that would be amazing!

B - 3 mini muffins, 1 syn free sossie, squirt tomato puree, coffee (milk 2 - for the day)
L - chicken and tarragon casserole, yogurt, apple
D - SW roast veg pasta meal with peas and roasted parsnips
S - 2 pieces of WW danish toasted (HEB) with Laughing Cow spread (HEA) and a sliced tomato with cracked pepper, Hifis (6), 4 squares chocolate (5) OR a packet of crisps (6) - so, about 14 syns

Things I'm noticing -

- knees are getting better
- my work jacket fits better
- my internal organs aren't twisting up when i roll over in bed (man does that hurt!)

Targets coming up -

- 2 stone award
- Club 10
- getting into the 200s!!!

Have a good day all xxxxx

Morning susie xx

Which can only be a good thing :D

Hurrah for painfree exercise. I love Leslie - I still do the occasional workout with her when not crazy loon running!

I really love your 'things I'm noticing' section. The bit about your internal organs not feeling so twisted up is pretty amazing when you think about it. Such a big change in a relatively short space of time. Well done hun!

Thanks Essie :D And yaye to more cheese!!!!

Sadly, I've only got Laughing Cow until I do another shop - don't know if I mentioned but I'm also on a strict budget, and am noting down everything I spend! I tell you what, it's great for using up everything in the fridge!

I noticed a naan bread needed using up - loads more syns but I put some towards the HEB and some as syns, so should be fine - and had the SW beef and mash meal instead. it was Ok, tasted of something, not sure what, but I don't know if I'll get it again.

Then I ate two sossies and four meatballs. Then the naan bread FGS...exercise tomorrow!

Morning all

Bit of a binge last night but a small loss this morning, go figure...but knees too sore to do Leslie. Shame, I felt really great walking yesterday, but today it's a bit ouchie :(.

B - big breakfast - 3 mini muffins, 2 syn free sossies, spinach and baked beans, plus coffee (milk HEA)
L - baked beans, spinach and meatballs, yogurt, apple
D - veggie pasta bake
S - Itsu crispy seaweed thin - one bag is 1 syn; frozen yogurt - and lots of syns to use up, should I get hungry later

Have a good day everyone xxx

Oh I like the idea of the crispy seawood for that low syns. I have been making my own with baked kale but you can only buy giant sacks of kale so I always end up binning some and feeling bad.

Sorry to hear about mini binge but sounds like you're back on it. Slow & steady with the exercise. No point ending up in pain x

OMG. Oh. My. God. What is normally a 10 minute drive home has taken me TWO hours!!!!

And I was starving, so have just inhaled eggs and sossies - but I had lots of spinach and beans with B and L so hopefully I've done Ok on the speed front .

The seaweed thins were horrible!!! :spit:Just the smell was enough to put me off (allergic to all shellfish and most fish - what was I thinking!) but the girls in the office also rejected them. And then I had a brownie, so that's my syns used up (but it was lovely!).

Anyone recommend any low syn crisps?

Sxxx

The Blackwall Tunnel was closed, Tracy - it snarls everything up - in every direction.

Never mind, I've had an Options and am about to have some banana and custard frozen yogurt :D
