Decided to try eating more in the morning and having a light dinner today, see if that helps things along. What's that saying - "Eat like a king in the morning and a pauper at dinner"? Something like that

B - ham, eggs, spinach and a slice of Dairy Lea Light (2) (S)
L - Cauli rice with broccoli and peppers, then fruit and yogurt (almost all S)
D - green smoothie - spinach, kale, 500g almond milk (1/2 HEA), maca (1), cinnamon, spirulina
Snack - 2 Ryvita ryes (HEB) with 1 slice of Dairy Lea Light (1/2 HEA)
Just made up a pot of green tea and mint, and chucked lots of ice in! Another this afternoon, and another 2 litres of water and that's 4 litres.
So
