I've got the SW app on my phone, but how do u work out the syn value like some people when u write all the values, like 85% chicken, 3% chilli blah blah....
I can only see that u write the product name? how do people do that.....x
Do you mean how do you work out the syn value of something that is not listed from the nutritional information? Well you can't do it from the app. If you want to use the syn calculator you would be better using the mobile version of the SW website as that has the same functionality as the website and includes a food diary, healthy extra lists and the syn calculator xx
