I think the new books came out in Dec 2014. Red and green isn't mentioned in the newer books at all. There's a kind of replacement for red days called 'SP' it's not exactly the same, but I wouldn't about that until you've got your head back into it. SW fully focus on extra easy now. There's no superfree anymore instead they're called 'speed' foods, but be careful, not everything that was 'superfree' is classed a 'speed' food. The principles are still the same though. 3rd speed with all your meals, 1 A choice and 1 B choice a day plus yout 15 syns. Hope you enjoy the revised plan. It caused some controversy when it first came out, but I personally get on really well with it.
