I have been doing SW online for the past 12 weeks & have so far lost 12 lbs. I am not going to re-new my membership as I feel I know enough & with this website, I can carry on myself.

I have just ordered the Syn value book - can anyone please recommend any of the recipe books? I am either an EE or Green day person.

Many thanks

Nickie

Yeah. I find just searching for recipes on good sites on the internet (bbc good food, uktvfood etc) and adapting them to fit SW is best. Im not a great fan of SW recipes, altho some are OK. I like BritMum's site :)

I have the "one pot" cook book which is fab and I've used loads. I also have the small one which has something like 250 meal ideas done as menu planners for whole days? That's quite good for giving u ideas for breKfast and lunch Shen u don't have time to search online.
