SW Chips - Please help!

Hi everyone

I'm starting my weight loss journey once more by following SW Extra Easy plan at home.

I am obsessed with chips - I even love frozen oven chips! I've been a member of SW twice previously and although my syn-free roast potatoes and wedges are always gorgeous, for some reason I have really struggled to make nice SW syn-free chips!


I don't like par-boiling the chips as it's a complete faff to be honest - I never par-boil the wedges/roasties and they're lush. Does anybody have a sure-fire, simple way of making lush chips that taste as good as McCains?

Cut them, dry them off and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper just a few sprays of frylight. oven on 230 for 20-30 mins. Mine are always super crispy x
