SW chips + salt question

Hiya
I usually just throw them in the oven and expect them to take 40-50 mins. Without the oil, using FryLight instead, they don't go 'crunchy' but do crisp up given enough time. I scrub the spuds and leave the skins on to help with this!
I tried a new method on Friday of microwaving the chipped potatoes for about 6 mins in total (mixing every 2 mins) and they were much quicker in the oven- around 20 mins.
Looking at the ingredients in the Nando's salt, I'd say it's free. The only thing I could see that might contain syns would be the anti-caking agent, but the amount in the pot, and the amount you'd use each time, would be so little I wouldn't bother.

I'm at a loss to see how SW say the chips will cook in 15-20 mins. I've just looked at mine and they are as raw as at 20 mins. I've now turned the oven up and added another 10 mins to the time.
