    Hi Guys......

    just a quick question does it make any difference if i leave the skins on potatoes when making SW chips/wedges .....

    not taste wise............. but syn wise please

    nope I often leave the skins on, better for you :)

    If you are doing Red then Syn-wise yes it does in terms of HEXes. Potato is only a HEX if you keep the skin on.

    If you are doing EE/Green it is free, so there are no syns to count anyway

    i think thats what you meant, although everyone else answered the question you didnt ask about taste-wise. Or I am going mad. :confused:

    Yes i did mean for EE so thank you

    ive never tried sweet pot or butter nut squash chips but am hearing good thing about them so im defo gonna give them a whirl

    i love sw chips and tend to eat them far to often

    Sweet potato Wedges are amazing :) I often have them as an alternative to crisps when I'm at work :):)
