    Hi All
Can anyone help please? I made a variation of the following cake but I'm not sure how many syns it will be. I omitted the yoghurt and lemon curd and lemon juice/zest. Instead I added 135gms Bramwells Apple Sauce (per 100g 109 calories/26.7g carbohydrate of which sugars 23g/fat 0.1g) and a tsp of cinnamon. I'm pretty sure spices are free but any ideas what the syn value per serving with the changes?

    1. Lemon Couscous Cake

Syns per Serving | Green - ½ Syn
    Servings | 4

    Ingredients
    - 4oz couscous
    - 8fl oz boiling water
    - 1tsp baking powder (½ Syn)
    - 2tsp lemon curd (1 Syn)
    - 2 eggs
    - 2tbsp low calorie granulated sweetener
    - 1 x lemon, rind & juice
    - 1 Lemon Cheesecake Mullerlight yoghurt (½ Syn)

    Method
    1. Soak the couscous in the boiling water for 10 minutes.

    2. While the couscous is soaking, whisk all the other ingredients together. Add to the couscous & mix well. Pour into a microwavable flan dish.

    3. Cook in the microwave on full power for 10 minutes.
