Lunch :

Homemade Mixed Veg Soup, Orange

Snack :

Homemade Mixed Veg Soup, Tangerine

Dinner :

Quorn Mince, Beef Savoury Rice, Onion, Tomato, Frozen Peas, 2 Curry Oxo all mixed in.

Snack :

2 Alpen bars hexb2

Well after my 4.5lbs Loss last night i am Chuffed to Bits :D Changing to Green all last week deffo paid off for me!!

Its not that i wasnt having losses..i always loss something at Weigh In i just felt that doing EE every day wasnt really for me.

I must say i'm really enjoying going the Green Plan and i still have the choice to revert back to EE when it suits ;)

So for this week ahead i will stick to what ive done last week Mostly, and add new Bits & Bobs along the way, always looking out for New Recipes or Foods i havent tried yet :)

Well done so far!!! I started out at 22 stone 12.5 pounds so I know where you are coming from and the challenges you have faced before SW..... If I can do this then so can you, I promise! Just keep breaking it down into little goals and keep looking forward. I kept one pair of trousers from my before diet wardrobe and used to try them on to see how much looser they were getting then one day I tried them on a cried at how fat I actually must have been and I can't bear to get them out of the wardrobe now!

I try not to look to far ahead and just take it stone by stone. And i need to lose 7 stone for a Hernia Operation so thats my first goal really..after that work my way to my ultimate goal of losing 12 Stone in total :D

Breakfast :

Lunch :

Going to a World Buffet..have plenty of Syn Free/ Low Syn options so all good :)

Thats what i thought!! Ended up having Salad to start :

Mixed Lettuce Leaves, Pickled Onions, Pickled Beetroot, Prawns, marie rose sauce tblsp 2 syns, Small portion Boiled Rice & Chickpea Dahl, Another Small Boiled Rice & Garlic/Chilli Veg (unsure of syns but only about 2-3 spoonfulls, and Fruit Cocktail & Lime Jelly Estimate 4 Syns for the Jelly, Not using anymore syns today to cover the items i cant estimate.

Dinner :

Slices of Beef, Onion, Mushrooms, Carrot, More Boiled Rice..more than enough for today lol.

Star Week appeared Yesterday and i have never been so Bloated as this Before :( Hoping this doesnt affect my Weigh in tonight :sigh: Doesnt seemed to have affected me ;-)

Hardly Any Superfree Today :-( Need to Stock up tomorrow!!

Actually Forgot i had a Pinapple in Kitchen, Chopped it up and had Half, Leave rest for tomorrow.
