Breakfast :

2 Slice Wholemeal Toast hexb1, Beans, Spread 1 Syn, Glass Milk hexa1, Cheese hexa2

Snack :

Banana

Lunch :

Was at Pizza Hut for Friends Daughters Birthday so out of everything the best option i had was a Virtious Veg Pizzetta 22 Syns..bowl of Salad with Spoonful of Vinagarette Dressing and Spoonful of Curry Pasta..say 3 Syn, Slice Birthday Cake Roughly 5 Syns (Total 30 Syns.. 1 off i Never Eat off Plan )

Dinner :

Same as Breakfast : 2 Slice Wholemeal Toast hexb2, Spread 1 Syn, Cherry Toms, Beans. Pinapple & Grapes with Vanilla Mullerlight

Total Syns for the Day : 32 (Easily Sortable over next few Days)

Dinner :

Exact Same as Lunch Tuna Pasta Leftovers


Snack :

Grapes & Vanilla & Choc Sprinkles Mullerlight

Total Syns for the day : 4 Syns

Dinner :

SW Chips, "Egg Fried Rice" Alpen Light Bar half hexb2

Snack :

Grapes & Vanila Mullerlight, Glass Milk hexa2

Total Syns for the Day : 2 Syns

Smash & Cottage Cheese Scones 1 Syn, Glass Milk hexa1. Grapes

Dinner :

Chickpea Dahl, Micro Rice 3.5 Syns

Snack :

2 Alpen Light Bars hexb2, Glass Milk hexa2

Total Syns for the Day : 5.5 Syns

SW Chips coated in Garlic Salt & Roastie Coating, 2 Veggie Burgers 2 Syns, Ketchup 1 Syn, Wholemeal Roll hexb2, Cheese hexa2, WW Smokey Bacon Corn Crisps 4 Syns

Total Syns for the Day : 8 Syns

Well thought i'd have a little Diary Entry as i dont seem to write much apart from my Daily Meals. Partly Doing this because i'm still annoyed at Gaining 1lb on Wednesday Weigh In..First ive ever Gained on my SW Journey and it has to be through my * Week even though ive Never Gained on these weeks. Just Bugs me as i Always lose every week and i was Only 0.5lb Short of my 3 Stone Award..Just Typical ehh!! Ahh feel better now that ive got it off my Chest :D

And Really Need to start Drinking More Fluids During the Day as my Intake is Awful :(

So from Today will be Doing Just that..and making Note of it on my Diary ;-)

Lunch :

Batchelors Pasta Sauce & Savoury Rice mixed with 2 Curry Oxo Cubes & Onions. Pint Squash

Snack :

Half Packet WW Smokey Bacon Corn Crisps 2 Syns, 3 Custard Creams 7.5 Syns, Glass Milk hexa2

Dinner :

Chickpea & Chicken Dahl : Chicken hexb1, Egg "Fried Rice", SW Chips, Pint Squash

Total Syns for the Day 9.5 Syns

I hadn't spotted your gain sorry. These things happen even when you are being supergood. I think drinking the extra water will help a bit. And *week always makes you retain a bit too.

The main thing is you haven't let it throw you.

Achh just a little bit miffed that i Gained but hey aint end of the World so just keep up what i'm Doing should work out for Next Week hopefully.

I'm still a little fragile but basically OK. It has left me a bit shaken and cautious though as I have no idea what triggered it, usually I know what's up.

Slice Wholemeal Toast hexb, Wafer Thin Turkey, Spread 1 Syn, Sugar for Tea 2 Syns

Dinner :

Beef, Green Pepper & Blackbean Sauce 5 Syns, Boiled Rice. Grapes & Pinapple with Vanilla Mullerlight.
