Lunch :

Grapes (Quite poor Lunch not organised) Glass Squash

Dinner :

Beef & Blackbean Sauce & Boiled Rice 5 Syns. Pinapple, Curley Wurley 6 Syns

Total Syns for the Day : 12 Syns (not nearly Enough Fluids Today and on Go most of Day not prepared :()

Pint Squash

Grapes & Vanilla Mullerlight,
Litre Water

Dinner :

Chicken Tikka Masala : Chicken hexb2, Boiled Rice, Shwartz Flavourful Tikka Spices Half Packet 2 Syns, Passata, 50ml Milk part hexa2. Banana, Curley Wurley 6 Syns
