SW Dinner Party Starter Help

Hey guys,

Me, my sister and my brother all do SW and we are getting on great so we decided to have a SW dinner party this Saturday with our partners!! The challenge is I have to make the starter, my sister the main course and my brother the dessert and it all has to be syn free!!!
Now, they are sorted and have been planning for weeks what they're making whilst me, let's just say I dislike cooking lol so I was thinking of doing stuffed mushrooms with bacon, peppers and..and.. Here lies my problem I don't know!!! Any ideas from you lovely people would be sooo appreciated.. Even if you have a better idea than stuffed mushrooms I'd love to hear them.. The only downside is they have to be quick to make as I'm working until 6 and meal starts at 7.30.. HELP :(

What plan will the dinner party be following? EE i presume?

Could make a soup, could even make that the day before if you have more time then.

Or you could do crudite's and a dip? I whizz a drained can of butterbeans in the food processor with some garlic, lemon juice, paprika and salt and pepper and it's lovely and syn-free on EE!
