After many attempts doing the sw diet I've decided that for whatever reason it doesn't work that well for me . I have lost weight although very slowly 4 1/2 lb since Christmas! I need a diet that I can follow that I loose weight on or I will give up . I can honestly say that I have followed the plan I write every down that I eat and drink I always check my book constantly making sure I have my speed food and always measure my hexs have my 15 syns per day and drink lots of water . I'm also exercising by walking 3 miles 3times per week . I don't want to sound like a saint but to loose weight so slowly is very frustrating as not sure what I'm doing wrong ?? I k.ow that other people on here that have not done well on sw have changed their diet and have lost weight . So think this is what I must do . I do think that sw is a healthy eating plan and if I wanted to maintain my weight it would be perfect . I am going away mid August and want to be 21lbs lighter which I think is achievable just don't think sw is the way for me I need to fine something that does tho that's sensible and healthy any suggestions would be much appreciated
