Im starting this new thread as my old one included when i was trying to do calorie counting and then ww. Ive been doing slimming world since June and have only lost 1/2 stone because Ive got such a hectic life with hospital/ docs appointments. My neurologist only does appointments on wednesdays which is when my sw class is. I also cant get to any other classes!
So im thinking about stopping going sw class even though when i do manage to go it really helps me.
So this is my new thread.
Im currently 14st 1lb. I need to be 12.1 to have a BMI of 25 but my ultimate aim in my dreams is 11.7 so my BMI will be 23. So 2 stone needed gone, 2 1/2 stone wanted gone.
So ill be recording my food here and hoping that by coming on every evening it keeps me on track.
Some mini goals for me include:
Fitting into certain new clothes I have waiting for me
A hen do trip to a spa in November
My 7th wedding anniversary in mid December
Christmas
My 32nd birthday in January
Im not putting a date on when I want to be at goal as I dont want the pressure, I just want the scales to move downwards on a regular basis.
I shall post later tonight with my food diary.
