4 x WW Sausages (2 Syn's), SW Chips, Beans & Mushy Peas. Mini Twister (2.5 Syn's)

2000 Snack
Chicken Rice, Yoghurt, Apple & Banana.

Spicy Chicken, Jacket Potato & Veg.

2000 Evening Snack
Crisps, Chocolate, Biscuits & Haribo. (Flexi Syn's.... :)) Only because I couldn't work out Syn's.

Cake, Sweets & Choc Fountain didn't help, yes I indulged but it could have been worse!!

Yep After a Good Week comes a Bad Week, just like the Moon follows the Sun....?!!

Weigh In Today was 24st 11lb....

I have now realised that maybe I need to go back to Group!!

Looking for a new Group this week so I can start a fresh & if anyone knows of any discount vouchers that would be great!!
 
I started back at group on Tue 2nd sept & lost 5lb at both WI for a total of 10lb....

Will look to get back on my diary after next weeks WI.

Quick Update....
September lost 16lb
October put on 17lb

A great Birthday & Holiday was had but now it's back to the hard work!!

1st WI of November last night & lost 2.5lb which is better than a gain....

Total Weight Loss (since re-start in Sept): 1.5lb.

Current Weight: 25st 4lb

Time to get Motivated!!!!!
