I have a group of girlfriends coming round in a few weeks time for a hideously drunken night! A few of us are doing Slimming World or otherwise on a 'diet' and will most likely use many, many syns on alcohol, so was wanting to make most of - if not all of - the party food SW-friendly.
Was thinking:
Smash pizzas
Smash-coated chicken and maybe fish nuggets
wedges
loads of fruit and salad
Vegetable sticks and dips (if anyone has any good dip recipes that'd be great!)
Someone is going to bring a 'sweet'. I'll maybe try a trifle-type thing.
Any other good ideas? Not everyone is SW so don't want it to be *too* obviously SW food, but would like it if we could munch without worrying *too* much.
