SW in Thailand

Day 9: 23/09/14
Breakfast: 0% yogurt, oats (HexB) and frozen strawberries, blueberries
L: salad and beef in mushroom sauce. Dragon fruit and apple.
D: beef salad. strawberry yogurt, watermelon and lum yai.
Drinks: s
ugar free juice, coffee (milk HexA) coke zero.
Total syns: yogurt x 2 - 14, mushroom sauce?
Exercise: 22minute run 3km and 25min bicycle 5km

Hmmm not too sure about the mushroom sauce it's hard to say, what was it made off? I still think you're over synning the yogurts, can't you get somebody to translate the ingredients for you?
 
No idea, it was in the school canteen. I probably am, but I don't want to under syn either. They just have percentages on the back of the yogurt packs, so I'mnot sure how helpful it would be getting someone to translate. I will ask though :)
 
Day 10: 24/09/14

L: salad and grilled beef and an apple
D: ham salad, lum yai and weetabix cake.
Drinks: s
ugar free juice, coffee (milk HexA) and water
Total syns: yogurt x 2 - 14, dressing on salad (2) 2 sweets (2)
Exercise: 20 min run (3km) and 15min bicycle (5km)
 
Ahh, today is a bad day. I'm completely off track and it's not even 6pm :(

Day 11: 25/09/14
Breakfast: 0% yogurt, oats (HexB) and kiwi and watermelon.
L: salad, apple, papaya and brown bread (HexB?) with peanut butter (I don't know the syn value but i imagine it is high!)
D: Bacon cheeseburger and chips
Treat: icecream oreo/brownie sundae with wafers, sauces and waffle base. kitkats (14 syns) mango and sticky rice
Drinks: s
ugar free juice, coffee (milk HexA) and water
Exercise: 15 minute run, 5 minutes walking uphill and 15 minute cycle (5km)
Total syns: Too many :( Today never happened ;)

Yep too many syns, lol, but you can always cut back tomorrow & I still think you've been under synning so don't be so hard on yourself, overall I don't think that's so bad.

Let me know which you can't find the syns for & I'll try & get them for you, but I'm on hols tomorrow for 2 wks so post later if you can;)
