SW Mag Recipe gone wrong - Dark Choc Tangerine and Chilli Mousse

Hi Guys

If you've seen this recipe in the latest magazine.. I tried it yesterday. Now I'm not a great cook but I am really trying to improve.

With this one I substituted the Artificial sweetner with a little bit of honey but I don't think that is the problem.

It looked like it had been very successful and when we started eating it was lovely, but it has separated and the bottom half of the dish was just liquid.

Any ideas where I went wrong?
