SW Newbie on Extra Easy...seems too easy lol

The diet is cetainly working for others. Some in my group are losing 2lbs every week and they have been going for ages, still having good losses every week too. I have started doing a couple of weeks of ee, and last week lost 2.5lbs. You will be surprised at how much you lose so long as you stick to plan. Good luck

Yes it's ok to have the "mini meal" as long as its free or you count the syns then you will be fine and yes ee works if you stick to plan

You can have more, smaller meals if that suits you better than 3 meals a day - just make sure they still follow the one third superfree requirement

I'd probably drink some water to make sure its not thirst, and if still hungry have a bit of fruit and mug shot to tide me over. But nothing wrong with a bit of chicken & some salad. The whole point is that you eat if you are hungry - and maybe eat a bit more at lunch.

It does work! I've lost 2 stone nearly doing extra easy days. It really is easy :)

I've lost 2 1/2 stone so far on extra easy - I love it! It's absolutely fine to have a small meal at five if you're genuinely hungry - as long, as Circes says, as you have your 1/3 superfree with it.

I've been doing EE for a fortnight and have lost 8.5lb's. I too have had my doubts and still panic that it must be some sort of con, but I am sticking with it as the results seem to speak for themselves!! From all the various reviews I have read, I think the key thing is to really make sure you do the 1/3 superfree part of the diet. I've seen a number of reviews online from people moaning that it doesn't work, but they haven't been eating enough fruit and veg. So have faith, and keep losing!! :)

Agree with others above. As long as you have at least 1/3 superfree, that's fine. I have lost 95% of my weight on EE (occasional green days to feed my cereal bar addiction) and I love it :)
