SW on holiday??

We are going to Spain next week for a fortnight in a hotel with full board.
How much do most of you try to keep to the plan when on holiday?
I have been doing SW for 9 weeks and have lost 11lbs, which I am pleased with, so dont want to put it all back on.
I'm sure I can keep roughly to the things I am eating here,with perhaps a few extra syns, but hope to indulge myself with a few tipples!!
Any hints please?

Eat fruit and yoghurt for brekkie and fish/seafood (if you like it) with plenty of salad where possible. Above all enjoy! :D

Avoid the desserts unless they offer fruit and yoghurt Hun!
Do loads of swimming and walking during the day and drink plenty of water!!

I eat cereal for breakfast & eat as best as I can at other meal times but I make sure I enjoy myself & have a few treats. When I was away I ate dessert the first few days & felt it go straight to my waist so I stopped there & went back to how I was. I'd skip dessert if you can!

Thanks for replies. I am lucky really as I'm not at all bothered about puddings and cakes and chocolates.
I enjoy salads but will have to miss out the creamy mayonaise sauces and cheeses etc and as one of you suggested I can enjoy the fish dishes. Most of my Syns will go on the liqueurs and Sangrias which I enjoy in Spain.

I have just returned from holiday. After a couple of days of a few more drinks and extra nibbles I decided I didn't want to blow all my hard work I had done in losing the pounds. The fact that I felt great on holiday with a slimmer body held my motivation to try and keep to the plan even more. I tried to walk loads and keep my treats within weekly syns total and after 2 weeks away I had lost a pound. Have a great holiday.
