SW Spain help please

Hi everyone. I am thinking of joining sw online again. I'm also living in Spain, could anyone tell me the syns in the mercadona pasteleria yogurts. Reading back some posts say they are free, another say 0.5 syns each and another says 2syns. Anyone know what syns they actually are.

Also is there any bread from mercadona that would be a healthy extra.

Hola! To be honest, with the 0% Merc yogurts, the saturated fat is so low that I either syn them 1/2 per pot, or not at all. The pastelería ones should probably be syned over the fruit ones though, hope that helps! You could always try a week without synning and a week synning and see the difference! Haha
